DEBTOR FINANCE
Problems with Cash flow almost always lead to financial difficulties for businesses. These problems are intensified when your debtors are slow to pay invoices or even if you have a lot of outstanding invoices.
At Corporate Lifeline, we understand the difficulties cash flow issues can cause for your business and we can provide advice and solutions for many financial problems. We work with a network of trusted, reliable lenders and funding experts who may be able to provide your organisation with debtor finance giving you access to funds when you need them.
WHAT IS DEBTOR FINANCE?
Debtor finance, sometimes referred to as ‘accounts receivable finance’ or ‘invoice finance’ is a short term line of credit to provide you with cash while you are waiting for invoices to be paid. You will receive a cash advance secured against the value of the invoices you have issued. You will be able to continue trading normally even with outstanding invoices.
FAQS
How much can we borrow?
The amount of the loan for debtor finance is based on the value of invoices that have been issued and remain unpaid.
How is interest paid on debtor finance?
As with most loans, interest is charged against the outstanding debt. In the case of debtor finance, as each outstanding invoice is paid the loan amount decreases and less interest is payable.
